Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, all sales of digital downloads are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on digital products once they have been delivered or downloaded.

Merchandise (Print-on-Demand)

All merchandise is made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at [your email] within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
